The mission of El Shaddai Sanctuary and Refuge is to provide refuge to women in danger or distress.

The vision of El Shaddai Sanctuary and Refuge is to see broken people become "Oaks of Righteousness."

The purpose of El Shaddai Sanctuary and Refuge is to  encourage healing and health through the truth of God's Word.
